– If you cancel or request a change within the deadlines shown on the booking page, we will follow the conditions stated there (for example, rescheduling or refund, as applicable).
– If you cancel or request a change after the stated deadline, you may lose the right to a refund. In this case, any decision to offer a partial refund or to propose a new date is at our discretion.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a consultation for reasons of force majeure or other serious reasons, you will be offered either a new date or a full refund of any amounts already paid for that session.
