For technical and organisational reasons, some data may be disclosed to:

Some of these entities may be located outside the European Union or Switzerland. In such cases, the transfer of data takes place:

– on the basis of appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or specific contractual commitments on data protection).
External providers process data either as data processors on my behalf or as separate controllers, according to their role and their own privacy notices.
6. Cookies and tracking tools
The websites may use:
– **technical (necessary) cookies**, which are essential for the functioning of the site (e.g. remembering your language choice, keeping a session open);
– **statistical cookies** and, where applicable, **marketing cookies**, which may be provided by third parties (e.g. traffic analysis tools or advertising platforms).
When you first access the site, a **cookie banner** is displayed that allows you to:
– accept all non-essential cookies,
– refuse them,
– or choose by category.
Statistical and marketing cookies, if used, are activated only if you give your **consent**.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the banner (if shown again) or through your browser settings.
More detailed information on the cookies used may be provided in a dedicated Cookie Policy or upon request.
7. Data retention
Personal data are kept for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case:

– **newsletter data**: until you unsubscribe (opt-out) or until the newsletter service is discontinued;
– **consultation data**: for the time needed to provide the service and to comply with accounting and tax obligations;

Once the relevant retention period has expired, data are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
8. Nature of providing data
– Providing data for **contact requests** and **consultations** is voluntary, but necessary in order to receive an answer or the requested service.
– Providing your e-mail address for the **newsletter** is voluntary and based on your consent; failure to provide it only means that you will not receive updates.
– Providing data required for accounting and tax purposes is necessary to comply with legal obligations when an invoice or receipt is issued.
9. Special category data
I do not ask you to provide, and I invite you **not to include**, in your communications:
– detailed information about **human health**, other than a very general indication;
– detailed information about the **health of animals**, other than a brief reference necessary to understand the context (for example: “senior cat with kidney issues”, without attaching medical reports or detailed clinical descriptions);
– political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs;
– data concerning your sex life or sexual orientation;
– data relating to criminal proceedings or convictions.
If you feel that it is necessary to mention sensitive situations (your own or your animal’s), please limit the information to what is **strictly necessary** to understand the energetic/relational context of the consultation, and avoid sending medical documents or full clinical records.
10. Processing of minors’ data
The services offered through the websites are aimed primarily at adults.
I do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 16 years of age without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe that data relating to a minor have been provided without such consent, please contact me so that I can delete them promptly.
11. Data security
I adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from:
– unauthorised access;
– misuse;
– loss, alteration or destruction.
Access to data is limited to people and providers who genuinely need it in order to perform their tasks, subject to appropriate confidentiality commitments.

– **Right to restriction of processing**;
– **Right to object**: to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interest;
– **Right to data portability**: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit them to another controller, where technically feasible;

To exercise these rights, you can write to:
angelica.manzulli99@gmail.com
